Design thinking coach

I am an SAP certified Design Thinking coach specialized in virtual facilitations. I have served as a coach to the Design Thinking (DT) Coach cohort, where new DT practitioners were being trained. I also facilitated several Design Thinking workshops within the team, such as Goals Identification, Employee Feedback evaluation, Error Messaging guidelines, Project Management workshop. I would like to call out and discuss about the Project Management workshop I facilitated for the Strategic Projects Management team situated in Bangalore, India.

Project management DT workshop

As a newly inducted DT coach, I took up a DT workshop challenge for addressing the issue of multiple tools and processes within the India location and how to streamline the project management process. This was primarily to help the Project Management teams.

​

I mapped the user journeys  of various lines of businesses from the start to the end and methodically helped them identify the problem areas and suggest scalable solutions for specific areas that were prioritized. Some of the eye openers were the diverse number of tools, processes, and overlaps that prevented teams from being able to communicate synchronously.
